• The Platform: Bina’s website and app (bina.meawal.sa) and all its digital services.
• The Client: Any natural or legal person using the platform to search for contractors or carry out projects.
• The Contractor: Any company or individual licensed and registered on the platform to provide construction, renovation, or interior decoration services.
• The Engineer / Intermediary: Any professional specialist registered on the platform to provide consultancy or intermediary services.
• The User: Includes all the aforementioned parties when using the platform.

Account Registration and Usage Terms

To register on the platform and use its services, the user must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when creating an account and ensure it is kept up to date.
• Keep login credentials confidential and do not share them with any other party.
• Immediately notify the platform if any unauthorized access to their account is suspected.
• Bear full responsibility for all activities conducted through their account.

Nature of the Platform’s Role

Bina operates as a digital intermediary that connects clients with contractors and engineers, and is not a direct party to any contract or agreement between users. The platform is not responsible for the quality of execution, adherence to deadlines, or any disputes that may arise between contracting parties, although it always strives to facilitate communication and provide a trustworthy and transparent environment.

Client Obligations

• Provide an accurate and clear description of their project when adding it to the platform.
• Adhere to the agreements made with the contractors selected through the platform.
• Provide objective and honest reviews upon project completion.
• Refrain from contacting contractors outside the platform to circumvent its system or fees.

Contractor Obligations

• Hold all licenses and commercial registrations required by law in Saudi Arabia.
• Provide truthful and accurate information about their experience, past projects, and professional certifications.
• Honor the offers submitted to clients and not withdraw from them after acceptance without a valid justification.
• Maintain a high level of service consistent with the ratings displayed in their profile.
• Notify the platform immediately of any changes to their licensing or legal status

Fees and subscriptions

The platform may charge fees for certain services or premium subscriptions for contractors and engineers. These fees will be clearly disclosed before completing any payment. The platform reserves the right to modify the fee structure with prior notice to the affected users.

Financing services

Bina platform offers financing and installment options in collaboration with licensed financial institutions. These services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective financial institution, and submitting a financing request through the platform does not guarantee approval. The platform bears no responsibility for the decisions of the financial institutions.

Artificial Intelligence and Automated Recommendations

The platform uses artificial intelligence technologies to analyze projects and suggest the most suitable contractors. These recommendations are for guidance only and do not obligate the user to choose any particular contractor. The final decision always remains with the user, and the platform does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of the recommendations for every case.

Ratings and Published Content

Users are required to comply with the following when posting ratings or any content on the platform:

• That the ratings be honest, objective, and based on an actual experience.
• Not to post misleading, offensive, or false content.
• Not to violate intellectual property rights or the privacy of other parties.

The platform reserves the right to remove any content that violates these requirements without prior notice.

Prohibited Use

All users are prohibited from:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Saudi regulations.
• Attempting to hack the platform or manipulate its systems or other users’ data.
• Creating fake accounts or impersonating another person or entity.
• Posting misleading or exaggerated advertisements or offers.

Account Suspension and Termination

The platform’s liability is limited solely to providing the digital connection platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including logos, designs, texts, and code, is the exclusive property of Bina platform and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No part of it may be copied, reused, or distributed without prior written permission from the management.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Bina platform reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via the registered email or an in-platform notice. Your continued use of the platform after the publication of the amendments constitutes your implicit acceptance of them.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In the event of any dispute between the user and the platform, an attempt shall first be made to resolve it amicably; if this is not possible, the competent Saudi courts in Riyadh shall have jurisdiction.
