By using or registering on the platform, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before proceeding.<\/p>\n\n

Definition of the Parties<\/h2>\n

    Account Registration and Usage Terms<\/h2>\n

    To register on the platform and use its services, the user must:<\/p>\n

    • Be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.<\/li>\n

      Client Obligations<\/h2>\n

      • Provide an accurate and clear description of their project when adding it to the platform.<\/li>\n
      • Adhere to the agreements made with the contractors selected through the platform.<\/li>\n
      • Provide objective and honest reviews upon project completion.<\/li>\n
      • Refrain from contacting contractors outside the platform to circumvent its system or fees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

        Contractor Obligations<\/h2>\n

        • Hold all licenses and commercial registrations required by law in Saudi Arabia.<\/li>\n
        • Provide truthful and accurate information about their experience, past projects, and professional certifications.<\/li>\n
        • Honor the offers submitted to clients and not withdraw from them after acceptance without a valid justification.<\/li>\n
        • Maintain a high level of service consistent with the ratings displayed in their profile.<\/li>\n
        • Notify the platform immediately of any changes to their licensing or legal status<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

          Fees and subscriptions<\/h2>\n

          The platform may charge fees for certain services or premium subscriptions for contractors and engineers. These fees will be clearly disclosed before completing any payment. The platform reserves the right to modify the fee structure with prior notice to the affected users.<\/p>\n\n

          Financing services<\/h2>\n

          Bina platform offers financing and installment options in collaboration with licensed financial institutions. These services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective financial institution, and submitting a financing request through the platform does not guarantee approval. The platform bears no responsibility for the decisions of the financial institutions.<\/p>\n\n

          Artificial Intelligence and Automated Recommendations<\/h2>\n

          The platform uses artificial intelligence technologies to analyze projects and suggest the most suitable contractors. These recommendations are for guidance only and do not obligate the user to choose any particular contractor. The final decision always remains with the user, and the platform does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of the recommendations for every case.<\/p>\n\n

          Ratings and Published Content<\/h2>\n

          Users are required to comply with the following when posting ratings or any content on the platform:<\/p>\n
